The Program Structure

A Real Progression — Not Just a Stay

RCVRY HOUSE is a structured three-phase program designed to move men from stabilization to independence — with clear milestones at every stage.

01

Phase 1

Foundation

Focus: Stability, routine, and getting grounded

Build a daily routine, connect with your Recovery Coach, and start showing up consistently — to treatment, to the gym, to your responsibilities. Advancement is earned through demonstrated readiness.

02

Phase 2

Growth

Focus: Employment, life skills, and deeper accountability

Pursue employment or education, take on more personal responsibility, and develop the life skills that independent living requires. Advancement is based on conduct and demonstrated readiness.

03

Phase 3

Independence

Focus: Transition planning and long-term sobriety

Work with your coach on a concrete transition plan — housing, employment, support network, and ongoing recovery resources. The goal is to leave with the habits and tools to stay sober.

Straight Talk

What We Won't Promise

We'd rather be honest with you upfront than oversell what we are.

We are not a treatment center

RCVRY HOUSE does not provide clinical therapy, medical detox, psychiatric care, or licensed counseling. We are a recovery residence. You must be enrolled in PHP or IOP — that's your treatment. We provide the environment that makes treatment stick.

We are not for everyone

Men who are not ready to commit to structure, employment, outpatient treatment, and accountability will not thrive here. This is not a place to coast. If you're not ready to do the work, we'll tell you that honestly — and point you toward resources that might be a better fit right now.

Recovery is hard — we don't pretend otherwise

We won't tell you it's easy. Early recovery is one of the hardest things a man can do. What we can tell you is that you won't be doing it alone, and that the structure, community, and coaching here are designed to give you the best possible shot at making it stick.
